I’ve been playing Age of History recently and wanted to hear what others think.

The game is a grand strategy title where you control a nation across different historical periods. It doesn’t have flashy graphics, but the depth is definitely there — especially when it comes to diplomacy, expansion, and long-term planning.

What I like most is how open-ended it is. You can rewrite history completely, turning minor nations into empires or experimenting with alternate outcomes. The map-based gameplay feels simple at first, but it gets surprisingly complex as wars and alliances stack up.

Mods and custom scenarios also add a lot of replay value, which keeps the game interesting even after multiple runs.
