I've always wanted to start my own bakery, and I'm at last near to realizing it. Though I have recipes I'm sure in, I am less sure about the financial component and long-term development planning.

Someone recommended working with a bakery business plan consultant to arrange everything before I invest too much. Anyone here followed that path? I would like to find out whether it made the early stages process simpler or helped you to prevent mistakes.
