I wanted to add a little bit of life to my office, but didn't want a big bushy plant taking up a chunk of my desk. I got a Pencil cactus from abodelook and it's the best. It grows upwards so it doesn't take up any space on the desk and is really stylish sitting next to a laptop or desk lamp.
